This Thursday marks the feast of the Ascension of the Lord and we have two Masses at 10 am and 7 pm. You do not need to book in advance to attend but we would ask you to leave your contact details for track and trace purposes.

In normal times ‘Ascension Thursday’ would be considered a Holyday of obligation but as we know the ‘obligation’ part has been dispensed but attendance is encouraged.

The feast of the Ascension occurs on the 40th day of Easter and commemorates the events described in Acts chapter 1 when Jesus ascended bodily into heaven 40 days after the resurrection.
