The Church of St Therese of Lisieux is hosting the Northern Deanery Mass to celebrate the World Meeting of Families 2022 on Wednesday the 22nd of June at 6 pm.
The Theme this year is ‘Family Love: A Vocation and a Path to Holiness’
Everyone is invited to attend the Mass which will also be available on our Livestream channels.

World Meeting of Families events in The Diocese of Middlesbrough
In the Diocese, there will be two Masses to celebrate the World Meeting of Families event in Rome. The first is the opening Mass mentioned above and there will also be a Mass on Sunday, June the 26th at St Mary’s Cathedral. Led by Bishop Terry, this Mass celebrates families in the Diocese and around the world.

At the World Meeting Of Families in Rome, there will be five conferences with simultaneous translation in at least five languages, which will be available to watch via live streaming.
After each conference, there will two panels, again with simultaneous translation, which can be followed via live streaming. The panels are where people can bear witness and share pastoral tools. Each panel will be presented by couples/families from different geographical areas of the world, in order to share good pastoral practices in the Church.
