Following the release of updated guidance from the UK Government and the Diocese we are pleased to announce that, from Saturday the 4th of July, parishioners will be able to attend Mass in person.

We still need to follow strict social distancing so the capacity of the church will be reduced.

In order to attend Mass, we are asking parishioners to book online on our booking page. There are two types of ticket available. The 2 person ticket will allow a maximum of 2 people from the same family unit to attend and sit together and the 4 person ticket a maximum of 4 people from the same family unit to sit together. Unfortunately, if you do not have a ticket we will not be able to allow you to enter the church for Mass.

With the seating arrangement, we have designed a full 2m distancing is possible. This means that wearing a face mask or face covering is not compulsory but, if you feel safer to wear one, you are welcome to do so.

At each Mass, we will have stewards to take you to your seat and they will guide you when moving to the altar to receive communion,

We understand that many people are still uncertain about coming to Mass and we will continue to live-stream Mass on our Facebook and Youtube pages. The obligation to attend Mass remains suspended.

Our Mass Booking Page lists all the Masses which are available for booking so please click on the link and book into the Mass you would like to attend. We would ask if parishioners would try and look at booking into the weekday morning masses as well as the weekend Masses to allow as many people as possible access to the church.
