In response to the latest guidance from the UK Government, all public worship has been suspended from March the 21st until further notice.

Masses will continue as published with our final public Mass on Friday the 20th of March at 7 pm. After this, we will be Livestreaming our Saturday evening Mass at 5.30 pm and hopefully as many Masses as possible beyond this.

The Catholic Bishops Conference of England and Wales have published the following documents explaining that decision and plans for the immediate future.

Bishop Terence Patrick has published the following Pastoral Letter.

At St Therese of Lisieux we have made the following arrangements:

  • The Church will be open for personal prayer throughout the week. Opening times are displayed here.
  • We will be live streaming Mass from Saturday the 21st of March.
  • All meetings will be suspended until further notice.
  • Further information for those affected by the changes to celebrating the sacraments such as Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation will be contacted in due course

Our Parish community is there to support each other and we will be in constant contact through social media and the website with ways in which we can keep in contact in this difficult time.

We would be grateful for any donations of non-perishable items brought into school on Friday, October 18th, ready for our Harvest Mass at St Therese of Lisieux Parish on Sunday, October 20th, at 11 a.m.
All are welcome to attend!
Thank you for your continued support!
